Having a bad day. Went down to the water to breathe and calm myself. Ate some peanut butter cups. And spilled my guts to a stranger. And it was just what I needed.

Don’t worry mom, not a total stranger! But feeling heard and validated made my feelings feel smaller and less overwhelming. I’m not shaking anymore, my breathing is improving, and the teary lump in my throat is fading. And I’m beginning to feel like I can face my worries with improved perspective. (For now at least)

So thanks stranger;)

  1. I am sorry that you have to go to a stranger…I am always available to listen but if that works for you and helped I am glad…hope you have a good day…
